Helping the community goes a long way in helping others while promoting fitness in the workplace. Put together walks for organizations. While you’re raising money to help a cause you are also getting physical outside of work.

3. Offer Gym Memberships With The Yearly Health Plan

By offering free or discounted gym memberships for your employees you can promote wellness by giving them the opportunity to go to a fitness centre on their own schedules. Healthy employees take less sick days.

4. Offer Free Health Screenings

Offer a discount to the annual enrollment if the employee goes for a health screening. Most businesses only give employees and half hour for lunch. By giving your associates an hour you allow them time to get physical during lunch before they go back to their desks.
